ALMEJAS A LA MARINERA RECIPE​

Maria Jose teaches us her mother’s recipe for “almejas a la marinera,” aka sailor clams, a typical Galician dish which is traditionally made for any type of festival or celebration! The clams in Galicia are always fresh and sourced locally!! 🙌 The sauce for the recipe is made from olive oil, onion, garlic, flour, tomato sauce, albariño wine and saffron.
