From the controversial named Welsh Faggots to Laverbread and Penclawdd cockles at the Cardiff Market to Dark Ale at The Cottage and tasting Cheddar at Wally's,  we spend the day with Siân and Siân of Loving Welsh Food tasting the various Welsh delicacies that can be found in Cardiff the capital of Wales!
