Join iris as we turn the boring industry conversation on its head, take it out on the town and buy it a few drinks!
Anthony Morano and Leila Elamine of The Recipe Hunters will host an intimate conversation about their global quest to find traditional recipes made with love. They will be sharing their inspirational stories such as meeting a man in Lebannon who brought a country together through food and the hunt for a traditional cake recipe made in a small village in Croatia, as well as lessons learned and plans for future endeavors.
And then we'll have a drink. Or two. Or more, whatever don't judge.
About The Recipe Hunters:
The Recipe Hunters aspire to shape the future of food culture on a global scale by inspiring individuals to make positive changes in the way they grow, make and share food. By providing contemporaries with a platform of education in the “old ways” of agriculture and cooking, they challenge individuals to critically think about the way their consuming effects their health and the health of the planet. They believe that by sharing this information, we will be positively contributing to the world’s food system in our attempt re-establish the dining room table as the centerpiece for families.
