INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Large Tomatoes

  • 8 oz of Halloumi Cheese

  • Vegetable Oil

RECIPE

  1. Slice the cheese and tomatoes into 1 cm thick slices.

  2. In a frying pan add olive oil about .5 cm thin (or half as high as the cheese).

  3. Place the cheese into the frying pan and cook on high. Made with Love Tip: Do not heat the oil until the cheese is placed in the pan, this is the proper way!!

  4. Once the halloumi turns a golden brown on the bottom, flip and brown the other side.

  5. Place the cheese to the side and fry up the tomatoes in the juice from the cheese. You only need to have the tomatoes on the pan for a minute or two, until they become hot.

  6. Plate together and serve!
