We quit our jobs to travel the world, volunteer on farms, and search for traditional recipes. Our first adventure brings us on a one-way flight to Norway, where we couch-surf a mansion on the hilltops of Askoy, volunteer on a dairy farm in Bergen, lived in a farmstead in the middle of the woods, camped on an island inhabitated by goats.
