A rest and retreat in the mountains of upstate New York. Spend your weekend practicing daily yoga, learning to cook ethnic & nourishing dishes, foraging for wild ingredients, and exploring the local forests by hiking. Retreat back to the restorative calm of a cabin in the woods to share in community with food, fun and laughter.

*Important Details: Accommodation is in a rustic, shared cabin. You should be open to sharing a room and being part of a group. While at the cabin there is no cellular or internet service.
Getting Here on Friday
Mind, Body & Soul is located in the heart of the Catskills in Phoenicia, NY.
You can reach the retreat by:
1. Bus: A 3 hour busride from Port Authority, NYC to Phoenicia at 3:30, 5, or 6 PM
2. Train: A 1.5 hour train ride from Penn Station to Rhinecliff that leaves at 4:40 PM followed by a 40 minute car ride.
3. Car: A 3 hour drive from NYC to Phoenicia.
*Transportation from the bus or train stop to the retreat center is included in the price.
Please send us your expected arrival time so we can coordinate with the other guests.
Start Time: The retreat will begin at 7pm on Friday with dinner.
End Time: The retreat will end at 1pm on Sunday after brunch.
*On Sunday busses leaves Phoenicia at 1:18 and 4:33 PM and the train leaves from Rhinecliff at 2:55 PM
